Flowcrete are able to supply a vast and expansive range of Line Pumps. We have Line Pumps with 6” (152mm) up to 10” (260mm), in one inch increments, with varying cubic metre outputs and pressure ranges.

All of these Line Pumps can be mounted either on a cab chassis truck, trailer or skid. Preferred drive system on cab chassis trucks is via a Power Take Off (P.T.O.) unit whilst on trailers and skids diesel or electric auxiliary motor drive systems are recommended.

For any high rise building where placing booms or direct line pumping is applied, the Moli gives the best results especially in cases where the pump has to be moved frequently or if the concreting period is short. The versatile tried and trusted concrete pump for small to medium sized jobs. With a good sized hopper (0.4 cubic metre) with an ample maximum theoretical 55 cubic metre output with a theoretical maximum line pressure of 30 Bar, this has the making of a good work horse.

Fitment to a manoeuvrable and relatively inexpensive 4 x 2 cab chassis truck makes this a very good versatile compact unit.

The versatile concrete pump for small sized jobs. Mainly utilised for trailer pump units, yet fitment to small and manoeuvrable 4 x 2 cab chassis trucks are not uncommon, this relatively small and compact unit has a very generous maximum theoretical output of 30 cubic metres per hour at a very healthy theoretical line pressure of 45 Bar. This combination of cubic metreage and line pressure is a perfect combination for concrete spraying. In trailer form it has the making of an adaptable and yet relatively inexpensive, easy to operate and maintain concrete pump.
